Indulge mind, body and spirit at The COMO Point Yamu, an eco-luxury beach resort from accurate service to cutting-edge wellness facilities, from sunrise yoga to sophisticated Italian and Thai cuisine. COMO's welcoming staff provide seamless access to Point Yamu's many cultural and marine-based riches, from beach picnics to diving in Phang Nga Bay. By day you can learn everything from Thai cookery and Muay Thai making a snorkelling trip. While evenings are made for cocktails and stargazing, after dinner in one of the resort’s three signature restaurants. With 79 rooms and suites and 27 private Villas dotted across twenty acres of lush grounds, COMO Point Yamu is the ultimate get-away-from-it-all escape.

Each villa blends minimalist elegance with the ultimate in creature comforts and celebrates the tropical setting. There are private terraces, open-air rain showers and outdoor daybeds to make the most of the laid-back ambience. Many have their own ozonated infinity-edge or plunge pool. Indoors, you’ll find a crisp, pure white palette alongside rich wood furniture, and spacious rooms featuring plenty of modern touches.

When it’s time to get out and explore, the best of the island’s treasures are right on your doorstep. You could arrange a private boat charter, Muay Thai and water activities at COMO Beach Club. For something a little more adrenalin-filled, try an ATV ride across the countryside. Then return to COMO Point Yamu for an afternoon of pampering at the world-acclaimed COMO SHAMBHALA.

    Rooms

COMO Point Yamu’s Phuket accommodation is colourful yet uncluttered, contemporary yet indigenous. Blue and turquoise design accents in our 79 rooms and suites, and 27 private villas are offset by cool white and grey Sino patterned tiles and floor-to-ceiling windows framing the spectacular views.

The room that ATASTAY recommends is the Verandah Room with a pool. These two rooms at our COMO Point Yamu resort offer all the ‘outside-in’ space and easygoing feel of our ocean-facing Verandah Rooms with the added benefit of their own private 17sqm. pool and deck.

    Restaurants

COMO Point Yamu offers some of the best dinings in Phuket with a choice of Italian, Thai or healthy COMO Shambhala Cuisine to maximise energy and wellbeing. We draw upon nature’s larder, including local seafood, and can serve meals as beach picnics, poolside or deliver in-suite dining.

La Sirena, the Italian restaurant at COMO Point Yamu is located poolside and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Whether you are seated inside, outside, under the pergola or by the pool, La Sirena benefits from views of aquamarine Phang Nga Bay stretching out beyond the 100m infinity pool.

Breakfast includes a lavish spread of fruit, homemade cereals, fresh fruit and vegetable extracts, continental bread and local-style sweet martabaks. Lunch is simple wood-fired Italian cuisine, including pizza and seafood. Dinner menus feature a wider selection of pastas, salads, raw and cooked seafood, and antipasto platters.

NAHMYAA, Thai restaurant in COMO Point Yamu is open for dinner and is inspired by southern Thai cuisine. Snacks might include fish cakes and sates, while more substantial offerings include noodle soups, curries and stir-fried dishes. Dinner includes whole fish (grilled, steamed and fried), river prawns and crabs, with tastes combining the hot, salty, sweet and sour notes that define this distinct culinary tradition. Desserts, which are very popular in Thai culture, include pandanus jellies and sweet sticky rice with mango.
