MOROCCO REOPENING FOR TOURISTS

Morocco has announced its re-opening campaign ‘Marhaba 2021’ where tourists can come with special instructions/requirements given by the government.

“Following the Moroccan government’s decision to allow Travelers to enter Morocco by air, a number of conditions must be met.
To carry out this approach, a classification of countries into two lists (A and B) has been adopted in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Health.
For travellers from list A, a vaccination pass or a certificate attesting that the person is fully vaccinated is required. Those who could not be vaccinated must have a negative PCR test at boarding not exceeding 48 hours. Children under the age of 11 are exempt.
As for tourists coming from countries listed in list B, they must obtain an exceptional travel authorization beforehand.
Upon arrival, they must present a negative PCR test dated within 48 hours of the date of entry into the national territory and undergo mandatory 10-day isolation (Authorization is not required for Moroccan citizens from the countries on this list) “
